Full Width Text Widget

I would like to put full width text above the service widget shown. When I use the text widget it stays to one side of the page (this is what is currently shown), and text entered on the “edit page” does not show up.

I guess I’m asking how to make the text widget full width?

I’m not sure what other information would be helpful.
