Full Width Templates not working with Artisteer

Hi, I’m using Artisteer 4 theme creator. The plugin IS removing heaer and footer, though not making image fullwidth.

I created an admin account for the /test address with brainstorm/brainstorm user/password respectively.

Would be great if you could help. Would like to make available to the Artisteer community for a price and share that with you for your assistance.
