    Hi there,

so I’ve been using full width, no-sidebar layout for one kind of posts on my page. Now it’s apparently not taking the command and while older ones are still full width, the newly created posts keep having sidebar layout regardless of the settings. I think it’s been after the recent update (not sure if wordpress or theme).
https://klarakolonits.com/hu/ebben-a-szerepben-minden-benne-van/ – a new post which doesn’t want to get rid of its sidebar
https://klarakolonits.com/hu/bravurszerepek-utan-dramai-hosnok/ – same kind of post with the very same settings, just older – and it shows full width.

Looks like the full width/sidebar setting went wrong somehow in the post – I went ahead and created a new test page and no issue there, I can switch between layouts.

I cleaned the cache and tried different browsers too.

  • Hey,

Firstly, go to Theme Options> Blog Settings, and be sure that “Blog Post Defaults” are setup to your liking.

Then, on the post, be sure that the settings are assigned to your defaults. Any change in sidebar settings on the post will override your theme options default setting.

Let me know if this is helpful.

Hi Kevin, this is how I always did it but for some reason it would not overwrite anything in the new posts… In general I do want the sidebar, only for certain kind of posts it isn’t needed.

I’m not seeing this behavior on my site. This will be fixed in the next update.
