Yesterday, I could go in and change my pages to full-width by going to pages>quick edit>template dropdown menu> full-width. Today, the only option is “default template” which puts my blog archive bar on pages that have no blog posts (like the about me page). How can I get this feature back? Where did it go? I tried disabling every plugin I installed since yesterday and it didn’t help. I am using a Coller child theme.

I discovered the problem. For anyone with a similar issue, I was missing the “template” reference to my parent them in my css file.

My style.css file should have read:

    Theme Name: collerchild
    Theme URI: https://ashleywalters.net/wp
Description: Template based off the coller wordpress theme
    Author: Ashley Walters
    Tags: minimal, flat design
    Version: 1.0
    Template: coller
