ok, I can’t believe I missed this one, here’s the full-width fix:

.navbar-wrapper .navbar.notresp.row-fluid {
float:              none;
width:              100%;
margin:             0 auto;
}

I still haven’t figured out how you got the full-with fix.

In fact, I even copied your style.css and function.php into mind in my child theme folder but still can’t achieve desired result as that on your website.
