Full width background video

Hi there. I really like the Vantage theme but I need to know a few things before going ahead:

1. Is it possible to have a homepage full-width responsive image (say 2460px 1020px in the header?

2. Next spring, my client would like to have a full-width VIDEO to replace the image – also responsive.

3. And finally, would I be able to then go in and switch back and forth between the image and the video, if needed?

If this is not possible, is there another theme that already supports these options and will also support SiteOrigins page builder?
