Full version – increasing thumbnail size does not change on page

Converting from free version to full version to change the size of the thumbnails on the lightbox-gallery – the images do not increase in size after changing the value. If you add a border it wants to but the image is already written to 275px wide (as per the free version).
Is there a way to re-write the thumbnails in the new size without re-doing all of the galleries again?
I have cleared cookies/cache and also happens in an incognito window.
