Full UK postcodes

Hi, does this plugin work with full UK postcodes or only the outcode? I tried the (soon to be deprecated?) Postcode Redirect plugin but it seems to be outcode only.

I need to redirect users to a page for each UK council, but the problem is one UK outcode can cover two or more council areas.

Also, is there a limit (either a hard limit or a viable load time limit) to how many postcodes can be listed against a given URL? E.g. if 1000 different postcodes were listed against one URL would this break/severely impact performance?
