Full size image not displaying on Windows Phone

I’m using your plugin for a hotel photo gallery. The gallery displays the thumbnails properly on my Windows Phone, but the larger image doesn’t appear. The only other plugin I’m using is ACF.
Is there an issue with Windows Phones compatibility? Any help would be appreciated.
