Full site overlay

  • I’m attempting to find a plugin or some way to create a full site texture overlay. Similar to what classyllama.com has going on… They have a texture that covers the background, including the video header, which makes for an awesome effect.

    I’m guessing I must be using the wrong words, because google and wordpress plugin searches don’t bring up what I’m looking for.

    I’d like to have a pattern that gives texture to the WHOLE site, not just the background.

    I’m currently using a Twenty-Seventeen child theme, with a good size video header. Is there a better theme I could be using? Seriously, I’m open to all suggestions.

    The used theme at that website is BeTheme, one of the most famous themes in WordPress.

    This theme include a lot of features that will allows you to make a webiste with similar effects and backgrouds, or even using a page builder like WPBakery Page Builder.

    So the background texture feature is BeTheme specific? If it is, I want to make sure of it before I shell out 60 bucks for the theme.

    There are several ways and methodologies to realize that effect. This depends to a large extent on the resources (theme or plugin) that you have, and creativity capabilities.

    With that theme, I’m pretty sure that you can do (almost) exactly the same background effect.

    The decision to buy the theme depends on you and the budget you have, I can not assure you anything.
