Full site is blank after updating the theme Hello Elementor to 2.7.1

  • Hi there,

    I’ve running a agency website. Most of the section is custom coded and it included by generic wordpress template including method using shortcode.

    Only header and footer section is designed by Elementor page builder over the theme Hello Elementor. When I’m updating the theme to 2.7.1 version, my full website is showing blank and no section is displaying at any pages.

    My server is Linux 5.15.0-1028-aws x86_64, Apache/2.4.52 (Ubuntu), PHP version 7.4.33 (Supports 64bit values), Max input vars 1000, PHP time limit 300, PHP memory limit 256, MySQL server version 8.0.32-0ubuntu0.22.04.2 and client version mysqlnd 7.4.33

    Is there any possible solution for this error or I’ve to remain the theme version to 2.6.1 ?

    On your server have backup option by default, if not talk to your server provider they backup last week or last 2 week, so you talk to support or email write your inquiry they will resolve.

    Lets talk about the versioning on every theme or every plugin have own change log or version log so you can easily download older version and installed.

    For future secure you use WordPress backup plugin on this plugin auto-schedule your backups.

    On the other hand, you increase the limit and memory limit both, and update the latest PHP version.
