    Hello,
    Iam trying to add custom option for core/template-part with attribute
    area > Header but it doesn’t work, there is no area attribute saved, could you advice please?

    I think there is issue in template parts (FSE)

    Hello,

    The theme is based on the Customizer and Elementor Widgets. So it may not be compatible all the features of FSE.
