Full site backups dont work but do when split apart

Hey guys

I’ve just updated a new site. Usually I have plugins, files and the database all running as seperate jobs as this recommended years ago when I run into some problems. I thought perhaps with the new upgrade and over the years perhaps things woul be ok and updated to try again to do a full backup of everything in one. Alas it’s not to be.

No idea what this all means but hope you can help!
