Full Scren Menu not working on mobile

  • Hi, I am working currently working on a test english version of our original site.
    But after creating a custom header (with the header builder tool) I realized that while the full screen menu works fine on desktop when trying on mobile it doesn’t. Is it possible that the custom header is overriding something on mobile/tablet only but not on desktop?
    And if so, is there a way to fix it?
