    WP Photo Album Plus
    Hi
I rarely check out the settings when a new version comes along because it works so well.
However, I notice that now when viewing photo from an album (lightbox?) there’s an option to display photos full screen minus the description.
Can you tell me where in the settings I can control this ie turn it off?
Basically I want to remove the fullscreen icon.

The change in 7.5.02 was: Mobile devices always run in fullscreen mode. There are more requests, so i will revert that change in the next version. So Table IV-G9 and 10 will return to the settings page.

    Correction:

    From the changelog 7.5.03:

    * Some browsers do not accept entering fullscreen mode programmatically when not invoked by a direct user action like clicking a link or a button.
To overcome these problems, and because some users asked me to restore the ability to run lightbox on mobile in normal mode, lightbox will now always start in normal mode, both on pc and on mobile.
Both versions will have the fullscreen button to switch to fulscreen (and back) if desired.

    Hi Jacob
I updated to the latest version today and I was hoping to resolve my little problem.
What I wanted was to be able to remove the full screen icon from Lightbox.
    Maybe I didn’t explain properly.
When I run Lightbox, at the bottom of each photo are the following icons:
Back (to last photo) – Play – Description – full screen – close full screen – Forward (to next photo).
What I was hoping to do was to totally remove the full screen icon.
    Is this possible?

I am working on a more global slution, being a setting where you can select one of three options:

    – No fullscreen at all
    – Fulsscreen avail on lightbox only
    – Fullscreen avail on the page

    The first being your favorite.

    Work in progress….

    Yes, that would be perfect.

Jacob, can you give me the link to donations?

No problem, I found it. Donated & well worth it.

Ah! That causes problems when viewing on an iPad. The photo displys too large (cutting off parts of it) and off center.
If you have an ipad check out: https://www.gamlingayphotos.co.uk/then-now/wppaspec/oc1/cv0/abThen-amp-Now/ptGDHS0005a
and tap on the photo to enlarge.
If it’s not possible to fix I’ll switch off the ability to enlarge (if I can find the setting to do that).

I see you switched it off already? (Table IV-A26)

Table IV-A26: ‘Capitalise tags and cats’ Format tags and cats to start with one capital character
