While looking in the computer screen it looks fine. But in TV i can see two thin white bar at both sides of the TV. Looks like Scroll Bar. Is there a way to display content without these bars in the TV?

    By the way great plugin

    Thank You

    Hey @sushan101, thanks!

Your display looks fine to me on Chrome. But maybe you are using a different browser connected to the TV. Let’s troubleshoot this…

    – What browser are you using connected to the TV and what operating system and device (a Windows pc, Android mini-pc, a smart TV with browser included maybe, ..).
    – Could you check what the TV image looks like when you are viewing a regular website, not a Foyer display? Do you also see those white bars?
    – How did you make your browser completely fullscreen?

Let me know and we’ll go from there!

I am using Chromium Browser in raspberry pi 3 b+. in order to make it fullscreen put kiosk mode code in raspberry pi terminal. I dont see white bars when opening other websites!

Hey @sushan101, I’m not sure how I can help because I don’t see the white bars on Chrome. I suspect the Chromium or Pi or TV are causing the bars. Could you troubleshoot those parts some more?

    – Do you also see those white bars on Chromium / Pi when not in fullscreen kiosk mode? If so what version of Chromium are you using? Is there a newer version available? Could you install and try Chromium on your computer to see if those white bars are there?
    – Could you check your own website on Chromium / Pi on that TV in the exact same fullscreen kiosk mode? Bars?
    – Could you try with a different TV? Or a different resolution?
    – Could you try with a different browser on the same Pi? Or a different way to go fullscreen?

Hope that will reveal what part is causing it. Let me know!

Hi @sushan101, did you troubleshoot some more? What were the results?
