Full screen picture with menu tabs at the bottom

Hi

I am just looking for a theme that has a static image that covers the entire page of the website and instead of the menu buttons ( home, page1, page 2, contact me ) at the top…i would like to it to be at the bottom of the page.

I dont know if there is word press theme like that out there, or if I need to download plug ins or something.

Are there any themes out there like that? Or how would I go about adjusting a word press so it can be like that?
