Full Screen not working properly

I cannot get full screen background to work properly. For some reason, when I enable “Full Screen” option, the image set doesn’t show.

* Top half of the image is the screenshot in “Normal” & “Tile” setting. Bottom half of the image is the screenshot in “Full Screen” setting.SETUP
