Full resolution images download on page load

I confirm this bug.
Exact problem: tested with my custom theme before, then rolled back to default Twenty Fifteen + Classic Editor + Photoswipe Masonry.
Please provide a solution (even manual workaround).

Hi, you need to regenerate your thumbnails if they were uploaded before you had the plugin installed. I’ll add a note to the docs, I thought it was there.

I installed and activated the plugin first, and then downloaded the images in the example I created.

I tried to regenerate thumbnails now, and it didn’t help.

I solved this problem
I removed from photoswipe-masonry.js lines:

39: $.each(items, function(index, value) {
40: image[index] = new Image();
41: image[index].src = value[‘src’];
42: });

And one more moment
On your demo page https://plugins.thriveweb.com.au/photoswipe-plugin-demo/ you use plugin PhotoSwipe Masonry 2.0
This version of the plugin is different from Photoswipe Masonry Gallery 1.2.9

Bug confirmed. To be precise: On load, the plugin should use the image version specified in the gallery, which is usually thumb, but can be medium or large also.

This is very odd. I had all thumbs re-calculated, with thumbnail width set to 230px in the media settings page for thumbnail as well as in the PhotoSwipe Options in “Thumbnail Width”
As a result, all thumbs have now 460px width – exactly twice the setting.

The lines Aleksandr mentions above are already commented out in my version of this plugin.
