    Hi guys

I am testing this on my test site and it won’t display full width. When I go into the inspect element it has an entry to the .entry-content as max width 700px !important. I can’t find where I can change that.

Had a look at the CSS’s but can’t find it in there.

Also do I need a contact page and a thank you page?

    Kriss ??

    Hello,

I’m not sure where thats configured, it’s not part of our plugin css.
I’m assuming it’s one of your theme css that does that.

If you use Element inspector in your browser you can see which file has that css property.

Contact page – it’s for guests etc, most sites use it, but it’s fully optional (it’s for guest ticket submissions).

Thank you page – If you use the contact form feature this one is required.

    Regards,
    Marco

I know it is really weird…

Here is a link to the site so you can see in the element inspector so you can see the problem.

I have not done anything to the widths of the site apart from the normal template on WP.

And thanks for the other info.

    No worries ??

Can you create me a login on your site? as the view ticket/ create ticket area is for registered WP members only.

Without login i can only view the Contact page if it’s setup.

    Alright thanks ??

Checked out the issue and found out it is actually caused by our plugin.
Seems one of our dev’s had some css style code left in the php code. (will be fixed in next release for everyone).

I have meanwhile fixed it in your local setup and it now shows full width.

I’m trying to resolve this issue as well, which PHP file is the inline CSS in?

    Hello,

If i remember correctly it is:
    .entry-content{max-width: 700px;}

    which is in the files:
    list_tickets.php
    view_ticket.php
    contact_ticket.php

    Regards,
    Marco

What did you change the max-width to in order to keep it responsive?
