• This plugin has multiple severe issues. While the support is there, having to reach out to them on a daily basis is not helping.
    One day the issue was that the referral was not working for existing customers.

    Then one day suddenly points were not getting applied

    Then today the points are getting applied but when you apply 200 points and 1 point = 1 re, only Re 1 discount gets applied.

    I can go on and on. I have a chain mail of 80+ emails with the team and each day i face a new issue.
    It is the worst decision I took and now the challenge is that If I have to migrate to a new one there is of course no option to download user data. I have to INDIVIDUALLY enter every user’s detail.

    Oh also, searching email in customer report does not work so if you have 5000 customers and you want to find one – keep looking into pages alphabetically.

    Extremely silly.
