This plugin is full of bugs. Too many to count and is super bloated.

First of all, I would like to clarify that as plugin supports, we do not have the ability to remove reviews or replies from a user like yourself, and that is solely within the capacity of WP forum Admins only.
Second of all, I checked and found that the previous review you submitted is in fact still there and was not deleted. But perhaps a thing to point out is the fact that, whilst writing a review for “YayMail” plugin, you had mistakenly gone to the review section for “YayCurrency” to do so.

==> This is not a bug!
As, first time opening the customizer = refreshing the page.
Then, by default of WooCommerce, the ‘New Order’ template is the first on the list which is automatically selected when you open the customizer or refresh the page:

==> I checked this and on multiple occasions, I didn’t experience this and likewise none of my colleagues from the Beta Testing unit. - “Setting an element as default is very buggy.”
==> Again, I made several tests with my colleagues, and this issue was not observed, you can my screencast:

This bug makes the whole process super buggy. It should just load an order as default to avoid this confusion.”
==> More so, we checked this and the bug was not observed at all, please see screencast (the order table, address and some things have changed):

However, since this is a demo/test mode, some widgets like the shortcodes may not display actual data in test preview, but they would in live mode. - “Several times when we saved our edits, the page would just hang and received and “error occured” message. Error console showed 404 errors produced by yaymail-premium-addon-for-woocommerce-subscription/assets/dist/js/app.js.map.”
==> I have not seen this error either. So since the addon is a premium-version, you can use our help service here to get premium support, as it is against the WP forum to offer premium-help here:

This template produces an error upon saving and has a definite critical issue. Resetting template produced “critical error” message and the page just kept trying to load. This template cannot be customized.”
==> Again, for this premium-version addon, you can use our help service here to get premium support, as it is against the WP forum to offer premium-support here:
yaycommerce.com/support - “UPDATE: the membership templates FINALLY started working. Not sure why, but just happened out of the blue. This plugin either has some caching issues, etc.. We were not able to figure this out, but we are keeping it in our error log.“
==> Glad to know this started working again, but then I can assure you that the plugin works well with known cache plugins. So this could have been caused by some other factors, and you could get premium-help for it too. - “The currency sign is euro in regular view, but shows dollar sign when you use a sample order. Another time, it shows euro when using a sample order. Random bug.”
==> This is not a bug, as the GBP currency is shown when in ‘sample order’ mode. But when you ‘select an actual sample order to show’, then the currency would display the checkout currency used by your customer whose order you’ve selected for the preview.
Note: The demo/preview/test interface will not show all the actual real data, and you must check live on the website in other to see exactly how your message looks like in the inbox. - “Missing feature…”
==> For now, we only have this setting for LOGOs and Footer. Here is how to enable it:

Please note that not all the features which are present in the plugin right now were pioneer features, but because we are happy to hear from our users, today we have implemented more than 50% of the total popularly requested features so far ?? .

==> As a member of YayCommerce’s Tester unit, I also do have the installation of a lot of WooCommerce’s addon plugins and other relevant plugins necessary to test the compatibility of our plugins with. So our tests are always precise.
More so, we make tests via popular Browsers like Chrome, MS Edge, Brave, Firefox etc.
So far, I confirmed a satisfying level of compatibility with these systems and so if you have all these issues, you can reach out to us via the premium-support access to check your installations and have our tech team assist you. - “This plugin is very bloated and js heavy, especially when you install the addon plugins.
At this time this plugin should be vastly overhauled and rewritten. Our recommendations are to make it less js heavy, reduce caching issues, and reduce overall bloat so it works well with other plugins. Right now we consider this plugin in late beta stage.”
==> Sorry, but this is still not the case for me and the other thousands of users of this plugin so far. This plugin is fully backend responsive and thus has nothing to do with most frontend functions of your website, it does not have a known conflict with cache plugin, won’t slow down your website etc.
In all, I would urge you to remove the review since it seems very apparent that the issues mentioned seems to be inclined to your testing environment only, which is not really a big deal as we are available to support any time!

Thanks for joining us here.
In fact, the user dropped his first review at the wrong location here:

But he came back to the right location to look for it (where it does not exist of course), and naturally he thought we removed it (not realizing that we authors have no ability to remove reviews on this platform).
I hope @sterndata ,it is possible you help us remove his wrong review from the wrong location I referenced above?
