• Card payments and Revolut Pay are both functioning effectively.

If you use this plugin with WooCommerce Subscriptions, you’ll encounter an issue that the support team claims is intended behaviour. When a customer pays an outstanding renewal order with a different payment method manually, the plugin creates a new, unrelated order instead of adding the payment to the existing order. This creates huge chaos and angry customers (subscription stays unpaid).

    Dear User,

There was a hidden bug in the previous version (v2.3.2):

Whenever a guest user would check the “create an account” checkbox in the checkout page, due to the session being updated by the WooCommerce plugin with the new customer, the plugin was failing to finalise the order after the payment. Afterwards if the user would try another payment method, since the previous charge was actually successful (even if no order had been created in WooCommerce), they would be charged again with the other plugin.

We launched an update for this issue. You can update the new version and continue to use the plugin with confidence.

We are working hard to improve the payment gateway and fix the issues and we would appreciate it if you can reconsider updating your review once you’ve tested it.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or you need any future
    assistance.

    Best regards!
    Revolut Business Support
