Full Hierarchy Not Available

    Hi,

    Please could I have assistance with the following?

    I could select the full product hierarchy for product type in Google Ads. For example, I could select the product type:

    homeware>homeware accessories>homeware beauty accessories

    But now I can only select the top most category from the hierarchy for product type in Google Ads, for example I can now only select:

    homeware

    How can I change this so that I can select the full hierarchy for product type in Google Ads?

    Thanks for reaching us.

    Sorry, it won’t be possible to display the full path. We have kept it like this as Woocommerce doesn’t show the full path on the Product page.

    Thank you for the information, it is much appreciated.

    However, the full product categories are displayed on this WooCommerce product page (and the rest of the product pages on this website):
    https://javing.co.za/product/solid-wood-log-shaped-jewellery-display-storage-stand/

    Is this feature available on the premium version? I need to use the specific product type to segment all the products into specific product groups for Google Ads.

    Sorry, We had to keep this feature disabled for some merchant-related issues. However, we are working on it and this feature will be available again in the next update.

    Please download and activate version 4.4.28 and you will be able to use the product type as you want.
