Full content on Home, Excerpts on all other

use show excerpt in the options and add this to your child theme functions.php

add_filter('tc_show_post_list_excerpt', 'full_content_in_home');
function full_content_in_home($bool){
    if ( ! tc__f('__is_home') )
        return $bool;
    return false;
}

should work.
