    This app used to show which gifts were fulfilled. Now that has disappeared. WHY??? Please help ASAP!

    Are you referring to the “fulfilled” text that appears at the end of the gift item’s row instead of the add to cart button on the wishlist’s frontend page? If not, can you show me a screenshot of the problem?

    Yes, exactly! On the back end, it shows the total cost of the wishlists, which is not what it originally showed. I was hoping the app would stay the same! I need to show the items that are purchased off of the wishlist to show as fulfilled, like it did before the latest update.

    I think you would need to show me some screenshots so that I can understand. Are you using the crowdfunding extension? Otherwise, the total cost of the wishlist should be a straightforward figure. Are you saying that the amount calculated for this is not correct? Have you modified the plugin?

    I’ve done nothing to the plugin. One day it was working, the next it wasn’t functioning the same. On the front end, the wishlist doesn’t show which items have been purchased or fulfilled. It just lists all of the items on the wishlist, regardless if they’ve been fulfilled by someone. On the backend, there is a total cost of the wishlist. I don’t care about that (I just mentioned it before because it was a chance that wasn’t necessary at least for me!), but I just want the items that have been purchased off of a wishlist to show as fulfilled on the front end. Does that make sense??

    Okay, what you are saying is that items which are fulfilled simply don’t show up on the table. I thought you were referring to the “fulfilled” text specifically not showing up.

    If the items are not showing up, go to the plugin settings page, then go to:
    Modules > items table.

    At the bottom of the “items table” section uncheck the checkbox that says Hide fulfilled items from the table on the single wishlist page. This should solve the problem.

    But I want the items that are purchased to show up on the page like it used to do. Why was that option taken away? I would like the fulfilled items to be shown. Can you do that?

    And anyway, I tried what you said – it doesn’t work. Nothing comes off of the wishlist.

    So just to be clear – I want the items that are purchased to show up on the wishlist and be labeled as FULFILLED. Currently, whether or not that button is checked (the one that hides the purchased items), everything shows up. So you can’t tell what has been purchased or not. I need this fixed ASAP please! People are using the app and it’s very confusing because nothing looks like it’s been purchased, so people will be double or triple (or whatever) some items, since you can’t tell what is purchased and what isn’t.

    No option was taken away from the plugin. I cannot tell exactly what is wrong with your wishlists. The sample wishlist you showed me has all the items unfulfilled but if you say that it is not the case and some of them are actually fulfilled then you may need to give me access to your site to check. If you can replicate this issue on a staging site and give me access to that, that would be better.

    While we try to resolve this issue, you can downgrade to the previous version of the plugin for peace of mind. There’s no problem with that.

    Visit this link, scroll down to the “previous versions” header and select the last updated version to download. Then install that version over the current version you have.
