@banginpadr I’m very sorry to hear that the Plugin Detective broke your site. It definitely should not be doing that. I use the plugin all the time myself on a variety of sites for debugging and I’ve never seen it delete or remove any information.
We do always recommend running Plugin Detective on a staging site and completing the entire troubleshooting process. If you stop in the middle of the troubleshooting process, the site can sometimes be in an unsafe or broken state. We try to communicate this in the plugin but will work on making that more clear.
