Thanks for contacting us. I would be glad to help out, can you please include these 3 things?
1. The shortcode you are trying to use.
2. An example link to the problem in question.
3. The report from the System Info page of our plugin. Click here if you are unsure how to do this. https://www.slickremix.com/docs/system-info-page/Damon
Hi Damon,
I use many different shortcodes for hundreds of feeds. The main format I use is.
[fts_facebook id=XXXXXXXXXX posts_displayed=page_only type=page]
I’m not sure where the problem is occurring because I use this plugin on dozens of blogs. How do i narrow it down?

Hey Eric,
I see what is going on here.In response to,
I use many different shortcodes for hundreds of feeds. The main format I use is.
Are you making a key for each blog? You should be if not because Facebook limits the amount of hits an API Token or App ID can take to I believe 10K hits an hour. This is not something we can control at all unfortunately but the way Facebook handles it.
Are you talking about my access token? What is a key? How do I make a new key?
I think I would be getting the “rate limit reached” alert if i was getting too many hits. This error is specific to GET photo-id reaction. You might need to upgrade the feed them social API to the new version
Your App, FTS Feed, is currently accessing Graph API v2.3 which will reach the end of its 2-year lifetime on 10 July, 2017. We estimate 27 endpoints that FTS Feed calls will be impacted by this change and may stop working after the automatic upgrade push. To ensure a smooth transition, please migrate all calls to Graph API v2.4 or higher. Use the API Upgrade Tool to understand exactly how this change will impact your app.
Note: If you do not see any impacted calls in the API Upgrade Tool, your app/code may not be affected by this upgrade.
Key is referring to the API key or Access Token too. A while back we changed out all the default tokens to be on the latest API version. I can only guestimate maybe you have an older version of the plugin installed somewhere that is using our default tokens, or the APP ID you have in place is causing that issue. You must have created a facebook APP a long while back called FTS Feed, you just need to create a new on and use that APP ID or just delete the APP that keeps sending you those emails. I have been getting them too because of older APPS I have not deleted so I know exactly what you are talking about. I double checked and I do not have an APP called FTS Feed so I’m more than positive this was created by you or someone on your end. Hope that helps.
