FTP won't log me in

  • A client of mine added me as an administrator so I could upload my files onto his server. I tried using my FTP program (Coda) but it won’t log me on. Is it not working because the owner of the site needs to do it, or am I doing something wrong?

  • You need to get with the person who gave you the access and verify it is correct and ask them how to connect to it.
