FTP – Unknown Error

    I’m trying out the plugin and FTP settings and getting this error message (x’d out sensitive details):
    Upload failed! Unknown error.
    Failed upload path: /homex/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/uploads/clients/xxxxx/GMT20220822-175159_Recording.txt
    Error. Could not resolve ftp target filename. Check the domain in ‘ftpinfo’ attribute.

    The FTP details are correct. What can I do to troubleshoot?
