FTP & SFTP does not work properly problem solved

<font _mstmutation="1"></font>When I was using remote storage, I could not log in to the backup normally using FTP and SPTP, and it was prompted that I did not have sufficient permissions to create a backup, but I checked repeatedly, and my FTP account has sufficient permissions, and I repeatedly used the FTP&SFTP client It is possible to log in and upload and download files for inspection. I don’t know why this happens. WPvivid still prompts me that I have insufficient permissions and cannot understand. Is this a BUG?
