FTP errors
-
I’m getting some errors trying to set up an FTP destination.
When I do a test on the base directory, no error. When I try to get it to go to the subdirectory, I get this:
Warning: ftp_chdir(): /sdawgs/: No such file or directory in /home/***/***/wp-content/plugins/wp-database-backup/includes/admin/Destination/FTP/test-ftp.php on line 59
Below that it says this:
connection has failed!
I can connect to the FTP server, but I cannot change into the FTP subdirectory you specified.
Is the path correct? Does the directory exist? Is it wrritable?
Please check using an FTP client like FileZilla. And, even though it says it can connect to the base director, it doesn’t send anything there. It all goes to the WP uploads directory. I’d really like to find a backup that sent it to FTP and had hoped this one would work.
