FTP Error?

  • I’m a little confused. When looking over my FTP logs, I notice continual errors that seem to indicate an error — but — the file is actually there and fine.

    I’m not sure if it s a WordPress or FTP program error. Any advice? And, yes, I notice it only appears to happen to images and text files (this is a shortened log).

  • You appear to by trying to access a plugin’s files in the root of your site instead of wp-content/plugins.

    I’m not accessing them, just FTPing them over.. But if the directory was wrong, wouldn’t every file err out?

    This is just a temp directory transfer, btw. Once they are on the server I’ll move them.

    Once you ftp them from the right directory, yes.

    No idea. If you’re using an ftp script, the problem may be in there.

    Watching the FTP go through now, same errors flying by.
