FTP Error

    Hello there WordPress support team.

    We are in need of assistance with our entire site. There were initially error messages popping up that were saying “Warning: ftp_pwd() expects parameter 1 to be resource, null given in /home/customer/www/newneighborhoods.org/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-ftpext.php”. I saw that as solution was to deactivate the plugins. After doing so I determined that the Housez theme was the main contributor to the issue. But after reactivating everything the whole site looks like jumbled code.

    I tried to use our backup plugin updraft, but it won’t let me do it without an FTP user and password. I do not have access to any of that information.

    I tried to do a plugin called “file manager” to help, but it won’t let me without an FTP login, so now I’m stuck in a loop.

    If someone can either give some steps moving forward, or if someone needs to login to see the issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

    The first thing I see is the message Disk quota exceeded –

    Warning: session_start(): open(/tmp/sess_5270bf50923d6a4c5609daf1c0d24440, O_RDWR) failed: Disk quota exceeded (122) in /home/customer/www/newneighborhoods.org/public_html/wp-content/themes/houzez/framework/classes/Houzez_Compare_Properties.php on line 16

    You have exceed the space quota allowed by your hosting plan. You need to contact your web host.

    Hello Tim,

    I’m not entirely sure how to contact our web host. Would our web host be Houzez?

    Disregard my previous post, I realize now who our web host server is. Houzez was just our theme. Thank you for letting me know that I need to contact the web host.
