FTP connexion does not work with good acces credentials

    I can seamsless connect to FileZilla but with the same access credentials and configuration I cannot connect XCloner to my FTP.
    The web https://www.48f73c58.gclientes.com (temporal) for luxconcept.eu.
    What could be the problem?
