FTP Confusion

Hey all,

Currently I am mapping my domain from network solutions over here to wordpress and I’d like to use filezilla to edit my site. I’m still learning when it comes to all of this, but I have no idea where to set up my FTP account. Network Solutions said I have to do it through wordpress since they are hosting the site..can anyone explain what I need to do to set up a FTP account through wordpress?
