• Hello,

I am trying to install my wordpress blog. It is already hosted by bluehost, that gave me opportunities to install wordpress prior to setting a FTP client. I am know trying to install it to upload content, new settings, etc. Here you’ll find below the error message…I don’t know what is wrong, who do I have to contact to repair this (or even if I really need File Zilla with BlueHost?)

    Please help.

    Thanks in advance

  • You can use FTP with Bluehost, but you can also use the BlueHost cPanel Filemanager to upload, from your local PC, the WordPress zip file and then Extract the file contents.

It is possible that the Bluehost FTP server is not working–if problem persists, call Bluehost.
