• I tried logging on using ftp and it’s not registering my username or password as accurate. I tried multiple username and password from the website and none of them are working. Is there something I can do to get onto the server?

Also, the whole site is down and won’t even show the error page I got a few days ago. Is there anything I can do to fix this? The error message was Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/buzzsawmag/webapps/wordpress_main/wp-content/themes/newsmag/inc/libraries/class-newsmag-lazyload.php on line 18

I don’t know if it’s not connecting with the server at all or if the site has crashed or if it’s something beyond my scope of understanding.

    Thanks.

Your “newsmag” theme seems to be the error.

Try re-loading this them from fresh download of it.

If you need immediate access to your site or admin, try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen.) using FTP/ SFTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required). Navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder by adding “-old” to the end of the folder name. Alternately, you can remove other themes except the default theme (Twenty Sixteen.). That will force your site to use it.
