    Can you please contact me via email. brian @ advp . com

    We have everything setup to FTP video to server. Issue is the server admin needs to know the IP address to whitelist to allow FTP access.
    Can you provide the IP address where its connecting from? (to go through our firewall)

    We figured it out by watching the log files, we white-listed the IP address that is trying to FTP connect to our servers.

    There are 2 ip adresses that you need to whitelist:

    • 85.9.27.220 used when you test the FTP connection from your Pipe control panel
    • 178.62.150.224 actual Ip of the server doing the (S)FTP push
