  • how do I use the ftp auto update? it keeps giving me errors, and I think it’s because I’m specifying the hostname incorrectly. How do I correctly specify the installation path?

    yes, provide the exact error message..

    also, try using IP address instead of your domain as hostname

    the error message is:

    Error: There was an error connecting to the server, Please verify the settings are correct.

    ftp works fine in other clients, so the ftp is fine.

    so far I’ve tried these as hostnames:

    localhost/srv/http
    <ip address>/srv/http
