    Hi Robert under the Advanced tab there is an option you can enable to prevent double clicking on the submit button.

    Enable to prevent double click on submit button

    That option should help you with your issue.

    Hi,
    thank’s to supporting me, yes I did it yesterday and just today i have received the same submission at 8:04 o’clock and at 8:06, so it happens many times by day. I dont know how to do it.

    Yes and I’m checking it..i received the same submission at 8:25 and 8:25, and another one at 6:52 and 6:53

    I am having the same issue.

    I have the “Enable to prevent double click on submit button” feature enabled.

    I am not forward the e-mail address.

    This behaviour started to happen only a few days ago.

    What could be the problem?
