FS Contact Form – file upload validation

I need to validate the pixel dimensions of image files uploaded with Fast Secure Contact Form. I have the appropriate code which worked on another form and I want to incorporate it into this form. Which file do I need to edit?
The need for validation is to ensure that only those images with pixel dimensions no greater than 1400 wide x 1050 high are accepted for upload.
