FS Contact Form Captcha Denial

    Creation of Contact Page and Installation and Activation of FSC Form – no problem! Followed a video tutorial to the letter… made NO changes to settings other than making sure Akismet was active and turning off Meeting Scheduler. Test email successful.

    Everything looks great – but I get a Captch Denial Message EVERY time I test the form! I even had friends try and same result ~ none of us have vision impairments either.

    Help???

    Oh yea, also try to whitelist your contact page to bypass caching in W3 Total Cache

    Any resources for How To Whitelist a page in W3TCache?? No results for general internet query. Successfully turned off the PHP register_globals but that didn’t fix it.

    Couldn’t I just Turn W3TCache OFF and then try the contact page again to determine if W3TC is the problem???

    In fact – couldn’t I do that with ALL of the plugins to determine if it is a plugin conflict???

    Tried turning off W3 – that’s not it…. gonna try the others and the theme as well.

    Turned off all plugins and turned off theme – none of those… only thing left are PHP sessions and session start error.

    those might be out of my range to fix

    Just when I was about to give up… the LAST one did it – I was able to talk to a tech directly and get them to fix the PHP sessions folder directly. Problem solved :>)
