Frustration Growing Trying To Import a Blogger Blog

Hello,
I’m trying to move a Blogger blog over to website, however, when I try (and I’ve followed all of the instructions), I get the following message from Google:
“The page you have requested cannot be displayed. Another site was requesting access to your Google Account, but sent a malformed request. Please contact the site that you were trying to use when you received this message to inform them of the error. A detailed error message follows:

The site “https://startlogic.com” has not been registered.”

Now, even though Google is giving me this message, Start Logic claims it’s a WordPress problem. If I can’t get this figured out, soon, I’m just going to tell my wife to keep her Blogger site.
