Frustratingly flaky

I have two sites with the same set up. With one this plugin works well and has sent post-order emails successfully. The other one has been a complete headache. Firstly the API key wouldn’t save. Secondly it wouldn’t sync with products or orders, and shows no option to resync. No checkbox field appears on the checkout so it’s been quite useless.
