• If it is in a website with woocommerce I always get the message:
    “Something went wrong” and I got now reply from the support.

    After waste a full day I decide to pay for a proper good plugin.

    You did get a reply from support.. So I’m not sure what you mean.

    The error you’re getting is caused by the missing database tables used by the “Request User Data” functionality. This has been fixed in the latest release. Could you please update to 1.3.4? After that, go to the ‘Settings’ tab and deselect the “Activate page” checkbox. Press on ‘Save Changes’, after that, select it again and press ‘Save Changes’ again. This will trigger the creation of the database tables correctly. Also make sure a page is selected at the ‘Page’ setting right beneath the ‘Activate page’.
