Frustrated with the Plugin, but Support is Exceptional

  • I’ve been using Atarim since it was WP Feedback, and while it initially saved me time, during the past year or more, the latest version has become incredibly frustrating. When working on the dev side of the website, trying to view a client’s comment in its original context is a hassle. Clicking on the comment turns on the entire Commenting feature, and every subsequent click creates a new comment, which is disruptive. I don’t like the user interface at all on the front-end.

    I have a lifetime license, but I now dread updating it. It’s no longer a tool I look forward to using.

    The only reason I haven’t abandoned it entirely is thanks to Pete Dungrani’s support (five stars for Pete’s support). He’s patient, professional, and always provides excellent help. If it weren’t for him, I would have given up on this plugin months ago.
