    There is no way to get support without buying except leave a review? mailchimp isn’t set up yet and you suggest another plugin MailOptin will not work unless I pay for it? Created form with MailOptin and nothing happens just spins and spins. Will not send an email to my email address? There is no documentation to fix it and get help? I can’t wait around for days. Too bad it looked promising I will have to go back to the old plugin. Really disappointed!

    Hi, sorry you’re disappointed.

    We have a direct support form inside the plugin. No registration, no nothing. Just describe the issue and click send. Not sure how simpler it could be. Plus, we have a support forum.
