Frozen Menu left

    Hello, we have the version 2.5.15 of Elementor. We installed the Mega HT plugin – Absolute Addons for Elementor Page Builder V1.1.0
    The loading menu does not appear on the main page of the site but it works on the costume jewelery page. By disabling the plugin, the menu appears correctly, no problem loading. We are in WordPress 5.2

    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

    How did you resolve this? I have the same problem.

    Hello,

    Make sure your server setting.
    PHP version 7.3 or greater.
    MySQL version 5.6 or greater OR MariaDB version 10.0 or greater.
    PHP memory_limit = 512M
    max_execution_time = 300
