Froze up upgrading to latest wordpress 3.6

    Hello all, my site froze up while upgrading to the latest 3.6 wordpress. Now it won’t let me do anything within the admin area, I can’t even log out! I get a: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_unslash() in /home/firefl17/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1281
